The Car Store DBA Jimmy Suzuki's team of technicians, including ASE certified mechanics, are here to address your service needs. Whether you need a battery, oil change, tune-up, muffler exhaust repair, car brake repair, transmission replacement, wheel alignment, shock or strut replacement, air conditioning maintenance or engine management service, we're here to assist.

Scheduled maintenance is the most important component to keeping an auto in prime condition. Our certified car repair specialists are here to keep your vehicle in top shape. We want to share the value the preventative maintenance with you so you don't get stuck down the road. We can also provide vehicle inspections or car emissions tests.

To whom it may concern,
    My daughter had her vehicle serviced at your repair shop this week.  As a business owner, nurse, and mother, I appreciate the importance of a loyal and resourceful repair service representative.  I must comment on your employee Mike Bellevance who not only demonstrates but exceeds the values any business owner would expect from it's employees.
    Mike went out of his way to keep us informed of progress, explain things in an understandable manner, and treat us with respect.  He was very honest, understanding, cheerful and accommodating.  He is to be commended as there are few people in this world who possess his work ethics and dedication to his employer and customers.
    We will continue to have our vehicles serviced at Jimmy's and recommend it to our friends and family.  The service is exceptional because of this employee as well as your trained mechanic staff.

Dear Mr. Semenkow:

I recently had transmission problems with my 2004 Suzuki Forenza and the car was towed from Cape Cod to your dealership.  From the moment the car arrived in Raynham, MR.Bellevance took charge, called me for information about the car and made several phone calls to try to get me a rental.  Unfortunately, I was not able to get a rental because I have been out of work since last June, have very little money and cannot use my credit cads. Mr.Bellevance was very patient listening  to my tale of woe, made a few calls to your District Manager, Dan Lundgren, ordered a new transmission, and "stopped presses" in order to install my transmission when it arrived at your dealership, understanding that I needed the car to pursue my job search.
Mr.Bellevance contacted me daily to update me on the situation and when my car was ready for pick-up, he had an added surprise for me.  he and Mr.Lundgren gave me your Accessories catalog and told me to pick some items (free) as their acknowledgment of my patience (and I really wasn't that patient).
I have owned cars for over forty years and have known some very good dealer, and some not so- -nice dealers.  I would say that your dealership, as represented by Mike Bellevance and Dan Lundgren, is the most pleasant and professional I have encountered.  I would also say that your Mike Bellevance is a perfect example of what a true service professional should be, and you should value him.
